Come on now… creating engaging headlines should be the eeeasiest thing to do, to grab attention. There are many tricks in the book, but… I'm only going to introduce you to one of them. First before I dig in, I want to give you one pointer.

Booooring!

Some headlines are like hearing your little cousin say, “Watch this trick I learned today”. Nobody wants to see that. You have to capture your readers from the get go. 

Give your audience an unfair advantage of how and what to do, and they would cherish your advice forever. 

Once you implement these tricks, leave the rest up to your audience. 

Alright, enough rapport. Allow me to introduce to you… drumroll please... 

The Four U’s!

1. Be Unique!

Your content has to be different from allll the other marketers and writers. Imagine, all of our content is the same. How would we capture and keep attention? Type what comes to mind and be yourself!

2. Create Urgency!

Creating a sense of urgency for example, “Start today” is an old but gold trick. In this case, you’d make them react immediately towards your content. I hope you’re following.

3. Be Ultra- specific!

This one is easy peasy. If you’re not direct or straight to the point, consider the reader gone. As I said earlier, from the get go!

4. Be Useful To Your Readers

Always give your audience a reason to pay attention, just like I did with you! Make it clear that your content will offer real value to the reader.

There’s much more, but these are a no-brainer and they're my favorites.
